Orchids flowering in our ditches

Since 2008, the winery’s water purification system ensures the proper functioning of the ditches of Château Anthonic.

At the start of June, the edges of the ditches see the blooming of the Ophrys, the “bee orchids”, and many other species of orchids. These are signs of a healthy natural habitat.

During the harvest, the autumn orchid Spiranthes flowers regularly in our vines.
